This was my second PT session with Charlotte and it was absolutely amazing. She has started to progress my workouts to make it more challenging as well as adjusting specific exercises and tailoring them to my needs. Can’t wait for week 3! Thank you Charlotte :)

It was my first ever personal training session. Charlotte really listened to what I wanted and devised me a plan to suit my training needs. Charlotte explained everything really clearly and showed me how to use the gym equipment.
